Tire Choice Auto Service Centers, 2800 Immokalee Road

To whom it may concern. I called Tire Choice in Naples Florida this morning and spoke to manager Frank about the problem I had with my tires being installed on 2/19, waiting nearly 2 hours in the waiting room (when I had an appt booked) then being told my wheel looked was missing - when this was the last place that used that tool when my ?rear? tires were replaced by Tire Choice of Naples 2 years before. I called my service manager at BMW where my car was purchase and they told me to come down to see if they had that part to sell me. The service manager brought me to the Parts department where I was told they would probably have to order that part. The parts manager took out a huge supply of these wheel locks to see if any might work ( my car is a 2009) so he said he doubted it. Finally he found a match and charged me for that missing tool ( that should have been replaced by Tire Masters service dept person who worked on my rear tires last- but it clearly wasn?t. He told me that I should be sure that Tire Masters credited me for this off my bill. I then drove back into Tire Master ( now another hour passed ) and had Mike at the front desk out the tires on that I was there for that morning. He said he credited me the 903.67 charge then charged me the 841.87 ( reflecting the credit for that missing wheel lock piece. Today- my husband told me to get this bill corrected since we were clearly charged 903.67 plus 841.87. I called this morning to speak with Frank to see if he would be there because this needed to get corrected. I said I?d be there in 1/2 hour ( which is how long the drive is from my house). I got there and he wasn?t there. Mike - the front desk guy said he couldn?t credit me for that charge. I asked when manager Frank would be back since I called first and he knew I was coming. He said about an hour. I waited ( again) for 1.5 hours and he still wasn?t in. I called and left a message with customer service but no one was available to help. So now- my first appt- which was scheduled with all these issues took 4+ hours, then today I waited 1.5 hours again and manager Frank never came back so I finally left- very upset!!! That?s when I called the number 800-876-6676 #2. Spoke to Shen who took down my info and she asked me to send copies of my bill-so here it is from Capital One - it was charged in my Master Card number ending 8219 along with my invoices Please credit my Master Card for $903.67. This whole process has now taken over 7 hours and 2 days back and forth with my car with no resolution. I was pleased with the service after my vehicle was towed there. I received a new battery and back on the road in no time.
