3 different tire choices in Naples and Bonita Springs Florida told me they could definitely fix my air conditioner in my Lexus. The first one told me to bring my car in and then told me they did not have the equipment to service it so they sent me to a second tire choice dealer who promised they have the equipment and ability to fix it. They kept my car another couple days, then called me to tell me that their mechanic decided he was not up to the task even though they had the right equipment. so they sent me to a third tire choice who they promised, had both the correct equipment and mechanic to fix my car. After my car sat there for a couple days they called and said that they had opened up my whole front dashboard and front of my car to do the install of my evaporator. And then they decided suddenly that they couldn?t do the work because it is a hybrid Lexus and they realized they didn?t have experience with hybrid Lexus?s and air conditioner units. I wasted a whole week and at least eight hours driving my car back-and-forth to different tire choice places and feel very poorly served. In addition tire choice at Immokalee Road took $2400 of mine and as of now a week after they took it in and told me they couldn?t do my car there seems to be no refund in sight. Additionally, I wasted almost 2 hours today on the phone with my credit card company and with tire choice customer service to try to get a handle on whether a refund had been initiated. I still have no good answer after two hours and 10 calls to your customer service department. This is unconscionable.....
