This shop is not very honest. I bought rims and tires online, which came with free mounting, balancing, and installation. I brought the tires to the shop and they still tried charging me for the install. I squared it away with the seller of the wheels and they took care of it, but only half way. The receipt included a TPMS service, but the TPMS sensors were not programmed by the shop. I spoke with a representative that told me to bring in the vehicle that they will take care of it, but when I arrived they tried to once again charge me for a service that was supposed to be included. Stay away. Hidden fees, dishonest management, and poor workmanship. Two mechanics worked on my tires, I tipped each one $50, and the job still wasn't done right. You have been warned. If I can give 0 stars I would. EDIT: I took the car to a different shop for them to program the TPMS sensors, and it turns out the mechanic at Tire Choice BROKE the sensor he installed, and tried to zip tie it together without programming it. PLEASE STAY AWAY IF YOU VALUE YOUR REPAIRS BEING DONE CORRECTLY.....

If you are a woman, stay away from this place. The guy who appears in the photo was the one who assisted me, and I personally witnessed the way I was treated. I paid because I had no other choice. My alternative was to call a tow truck and leave without the brake fluid that my car needed. If anything happens to me because of the way my car was handled, it will be because of the people who worked on it. I was treated very poorly simply because I am a woman. And if you are Black, I would definitely stay away. I overheard disrespectful and derogatory comments about a Black woman who was making a delivery. I don?t even want to repeat exactly what was said, but the conversation ended with a comment along the lines of, ?If she knows how to do it, let her put air in the tires herself.? Absolutely unacceptable behavior. I would not recommend this place to anyone.....
