Horrible customer service and communication. I was repeatedly told that someone would call me back with updates regarding my vehicle, but I never received the promised calls. I was initially told that my part would be in and that I could drop my vehicle off. I called before making the trip, only to find out that the part was not there. At that point, I honestly began to question whether the part had ever been ordered in the first place. I was then given another date and told to bring my vehicle back. Once again, I called ahead of time, only to find out that the part still had not arrived. After dealing with this for about a week in a half I finally told them that I no longer wanted to have my vehicle serviced there. The customer service throughout this entire process was extremely frustrating. I primarily dealt with Nathan, and his attitude made an already frustrating situation even worse. I don?t understand why I was met with an attitude when I was the customer who had every right to be frustrated after being given incorrect information and repeatedly having my time wasted. Now, I am having issues getting my claim closed so that I can move forward with another repair shop. After everything I?ve experienced, I simply want the claim closed so I can take my vehicle somewhere else and get the repairs handled but for them I feel as if it?s a joke or they are trying to make me wait more for not continuing my service with them.
