This is an update to a porous review, I left a few weeks ago. Since my first unpleasant experience, the powers at be for this Tire Choice location made the correct staff changes, in my opinion. The new manager Ray, was able to correct and rectify mistakes that I experienced during my previous visit. At the time, the previous GM at this location was not competent for the job, nor the responsibilities to be handled of this job (look at previous and recent reviews from other customers.) Ray, was fantastic and listened to all my concerns diligently. Ray was able to communicate with his team very well and had my vehicle in and out in a timely service and manner, with good service. Good job Ray, and also, great job to the powers at be for the staff changes. Two thumbs up from me ????.....
