My second visit to any Tire Choice location. From the start, Manager greeted, was friendly, clear and built confidence. I was pleased with the unexpected Courtesy Inspection Report, The entire process was a pleasure. We WILL come back.

***If you care about your well-being, please read this review***. Marquise Smith, should nowhere near be a general manager at this store, nor, a manager in general. I called in to get brake fluid replaced. First, I was told it would take about 1, to 1-1/2 hours for service to be completed. I was at this location more than 3 hours, waiting for service to completed. The mechanic, great guy, but was not competent in making sure my brakes were calibrated correctly. After I pick up my vehicle, initially, I went to drive off in the road, and my brakes were EXTREMELY loose. And to add on, I called this store 3 times prior to picking up my vehicle and no one was available to answer the phone. I understand that stores can be busy at times, but a call back would be appreciated (I spoke with a representative at their call center and she told me she contacted/left a message for the general manager, or for someone to return my message for an ETA to pick up my vehicle). Nonetheless, never got a call back, and so after I arrived after more than the expected timeframe I was told, I see the ?general manager? SITTING in my car for more than 30 minutes, twiddling on his phone (this is probably why I never got a call back in general). I asked him if it is standard procedure for employees to sit in customers cars while the mechanic is working on it below. His response was ?it is standard procedure to make sure the brake flush is being done correctly?. Whether this is standard procedure or not, I am LOOKING at at him, twiddling his thumbs on his phone, while the mechanic is working below!!!!! Furthermore, after, I returned my vehicle as I recognized the brakes were calibrated very loosely, once more, the GM of the store, did not even BOTHER to ask me what was going on or to try to rectify the situation. I walked to and spoke with the mechanic myself!!!! FINALLY, after almost 4 hours, the mechanic was able to correct the brake calibration?These are PEOPLE?s lives!!!!! To top all of this off, before I leave, I ask for a receipt as I never received one, Marquise Smith tells me that he gave me one already, and tells me to leave his store!!!!! This guy is a joke!!!!! I seldomly leave google reviews, but I have never experienced a customer experience such like this!!!! ***DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE/LOCATION*** They cannot even give you a receipt when asked for one!!!!!
