First of all tire choice is a well run service center. Professional customer service. A-1 mechanics. My experience with tc was great. The waiting time was actually good considering the work that needed to be done. Oil change, inside filter change, change four tires, wheel alignment. I'm very pleased with their work. My car runs like new. Thanks guys. There's a jewel on colonial boulevard.

?I used to be a loyal customer of this Tire Choice location, but following a recent complete turnover in staff, the customer service and pricing transparency have deteriorated significantly. I will not be returning. ?My visit began positively. The initial representative provided a clear breakdown for an oil change and a 40,000-mile inspection, along with an estimated cost should the spark plugs require replacement. Later, I received a brief follow-up call notifying me that the spark plugs did indeed need changing. I authorized the work under the reasonable assumption that the initial estimate stood. ?Upon arriving to pick up my vehicle, I was prompted to pay without any verbal disclosure of the final total. The bill was approximately $600 higher than the original estimate. When I raised this discrepancy with Mr. Q, stating I had not agreed to this egregious upcharge, he became exceedingly stern regarding the final price point. He strongly insinuated that I was being untruthful, insisting I had been explicitly told the final price would be over $1,000. Because Mr. Q was only intermittently present?walking in and out of the shop during the initial consultation?he did not hear the entirety of that conversation, making his insinuations completely unfounded and highly unprofessional. ?Reviewing the itemized invoice revealed an outrageous charge of $90 per spark plug. Mr. Q showed me his monitor, indicating the shop's cost is approximately $27 per plug with a customer price of $90. A $90 charge for a set of four would align with standard rates, but $90 each is egregiously above market value. ?After I confronted him about market realities, Mr. Q agreed to discount the spark plugs to approximately $45 each. However, the initial attempt to charge an exploitative price, coupled with his unprofessional insinuations and his stern refusal to honor the original context of my visit, demonstrates a business model that takes advantage of its customers. Save yourself the frustration and take your vehicle elsewhere.....
