First I had a 930 am appointment and was told sorry only have 2 guys so you will have to leave it and I?ll call you. I called that afternoon and they told me it would be till the next day. The next day I called at 300 pm and was told the tire was still not in. I called the next morning and the person said it was finished. When I went in to pick it up they lost my paperwork and had to rein out my information in the computer. As the person disparaged the systems at the location. I asked several times if the spare tire was returned under truck. Was told absolutely everything had been taken care of. I then drove home and found it that they had indeed not put it back but placed it on some boxes ( lights ) I had I. The back of my truck crushing them. I waited three hours for a tire change, which I understand due to being a walk-in. Multiple other people in the lobby had problems with their wait time. The staff kept walking out and going on their phones making personal calls. We could hear the personal calls and they kept lying to people about the wait time. It seems like none of them were doing work.. Then I get into my car. They didn?t even replace the cover. for the doughnut. They forgot to give me my key. And they didn?t put air in the rest of my tires to even check if the air pressure was correct.. I still am trying to figure out because I refuse to fucking deal with them again how to fix the air pressure monitor in my car. I would never return here. These people are idiots.....Read More
