If it were not for the last Manager that assisted me in the store located at 58665-7 Lake Worth Beach FL 33449 in Florida on March 16th, 2025 I would have given you Zero Stars. I had my appt on the 15th at the Delray Beach store on Atlantic Ave. The manager told me upfront his Alignment Machine was not working and he would have one of his employees dropping my car off at the Boynton Beach store to do it and I would be able to pick this up in Delray. I picked up my car after 5 and as soon as I started driving the car was completely imbalanced. I have a camera in my car and I noticed they never did the alignment, they never dropped my car off at the Boynton Branch which I also confirmed by going there in person the next day which was whole separate nightmare. I made an appt to finally do the alignment that I had PAID the previous day with the Boynton store. I got there at 1 pm and the guy at the reception told me that in that location 1640 S Congress Ave Boynton Beach he didn?t have anyone that could do the alignment for me, I am sure that if you check the system it is not true. He managed to make an appointment to another store. So I drove to the store he referred me to located at 4601 Hypoluxo Rd Greenacred and the manager in this store proceeded to tell me he didn?t know anything about my appt and he ALSO did not have anyone that could do the alignment there, cause his mechanic doesn?t work with AUDIs WHAT? He made me wait for 40 minutes and got my key for nothing. Before this one I also tried the store at 3940 Hypoluxo Rd Boynton Beach and that Manager told me they didn?t have a mechanic there that could do an alingment. I was driving around risking my life while they were playing games cause it is impossible that 4 of your stores on a Sun didn?t have anyone that could do an alignment. The last store I went without telling them anything was the one in Lake Worth the Manager was very cordial and got my car ready in less than 40 minutes and it was already 5 pm! Give him a raise. How can you guys as a Corporate have no diligence with these stores. It is a scam charging a customer for a service that has never been performed! I have a camera in my car the Agent Cam in the store on Congress Ave was trying to gaslight me saying they did the aligment in that store when I actually I had his Manager on video telling me their machine was broken!!! The guy on Saturday could have just told me they were not able to do the aligment and I would just have done somewhere else. Insteas he preferred to charge me for the service anyways. The guys are polite, fast helpful. Gotta be on my way with a new tire very quickly.
