I came here with a a screw in my tire and they where super nice I asked for a plug but they actually do repairs to the tire so it a permanent fix not a temporary one! Super nice and hooked me up with a nice discount since I’m a uber driver, I’ll definitely come here again for my tire needs!!!

Peter was so incredibly helpful when I came in close to closing with a need for two tires--one nearly exploded on the highway. He was very professional and his team was understanding. I am terrible at maintenance for my car, but Peter explained the importance of taking care of my car; he did not try to "man-splain" things to me; he treated me with the utmost respect, which many other shops have not done in the past. I totally recommend this place. Brandon and the rest of the team are serious and trustworthy people giving excellent service to their customers. I never take my cars to shops as I work On them myself being a prior mechanic and knowing all the horrors that happen at shops behind the scenes. I do not trust anyone with my cars but there are some services I simply cannot do in my house without the proper equipment even with the tools I have so I brought my car in here and I am Extremely pleased. Had a nail in my tire and was scared of leaving it overnight at my home and waking up to a flat- I was able to leave my truck here overnight in the lot due to it being after business hours and first thing in the morning returned and was greeted with great service in a speedy time. The mechanics do a great job and make sure everything is right. I have found other garages with cheaper prices but then you end up taking it back because something is wrong with what they did. Incredible service at this location. I showed up with a nail in my tire at 9 this morning. Brendan immediately came out to the car to verify the issue. He told me they were busy so it would probably be an hour and half until they could address it. I told him I had to get on a conference call for work and he offered me his own office so I could have some privacy! That type of service is above and beyond the call of duty. I have not had too many good experiences with Tire stores in the last few years but I needed 2 new tires and a wheel alignment. Started looking thru reviews online and found many positive reviews about the Davie store. Called them twice and to get quotes for the tires and service I needed. Brendan was very courteous and when he did not have the tires I needed in stock offered to have them delivered to him the same day so that I could get everything completed that day. He was good to his word and by 4:30 I was in the shop getting the new tires and wheel alignment as I needed to take my kid back to college the next day. Once again The Tire Choice has kept one of my many cars on the road. My teenager accidentally over filled the oil in his car and I thought for sure the engine was ruined or at least major damage had been done. Brought my 09 Honda Civic for a conventional oil change and Brendan A., Store Manager, took care of me right away. Service times will always vary depending on the time of day and the shop's workload, but my car was in by 930am and ready by 11am. I will continue to get my car serviced here even though I am planning to move down to Miami for work reasons and highly recommend this shop because of the following experience. Friend showed up needing a synthetic oil change as well. After the oil change, Brendan tells my friend and me (since I was there to pick up my car at the same time) to come with him to his car on the lift so he could show my friend what the shop found with his car. They found bad tires and a bad rear upper control arm, both of which were true (my friends tires had almost no tread and they could jimmy the control arm to show us what was wrong). Brendan recommended that he buy parts online so he could save some money and then have the shop install them. Of course the shop could supply the parts and labor as well. He was not push-y with any unnecessary services or parts. The fact that Brendan took the time to explain and show us what was wrong was a first for me. No other auto shop has taken the time to explain what was wrong with my friends car and even recommend which part for him to buy from eBay. Just goes to show how much he cares about the cars, the service, and above all, the customer and customer's satisfaction. This location has very good customer service! The Managers Brandon and Peter were very helpful. The technician that assisted me was Robert and he was thorough when checking my tires. What an amazing experience. Got a flat and had no money for a tire so I stop there for help and got much more. They help with my spare which they told it was a full size . It was put on and the rest of the tires were aired up. Peter gave me a price on some tires and they checked my fluids. Customer service at it’s best. Thank you Peter and Dudley is the best . I was skeptical of a corporate shop when my Antique van broke down on 595. I had to go somewhere close and the reviews were good so I decided to give them a try. I was not disappointed, I came back first thing the next day ( I had to leave van there at night ) and they were prepared at 0700 on the dot and got right to work on my vehicle.
