UPDATE: They also left a dent on the top of the car that i didn't notice until the next day. I tried to save time by coming to Lloyds and it ended up becoming a huge financial disaster. Brought in car for an oil change. Was called and informed that the oil filter was fused to the housing and that they were unable to change the oil. Then I later received another call stating that the oil filter housing was now broken and that the only way the car could be picked up was on a flat bed tow truck and the car would be stuck there all weekend until they get a part on Monday. Then I later received another call stating that they actually figured out there was a lock on the filter housing that releases the filter and they were finally able to change the oil. I paid the full price of $124 and got my vehicle. When I got in my vehicle I found that the glove box was completely removed and laying on the floor and a dirty air filter was laying on the passenger seat. I cannot even understand why the glove box would need to be removed for an oil change and why it would be left on the floor and I don't understand why a dirty air filter was left on my seat. Was it even my air filter, why was the air filter touched? I didn't ask for an air filter change. Did they take my air filter and leave me a dirty one on my seat? don't know what's going on but this was very sloppy and I will not be using or recommending Lloyds ever again.....
