Right off the bat I knew this place was going to be amazing as soon as Andre the manager picked up the phone. He was so quick to help me find the right tires for my Elantra N line. At first, I was afraid to call around as I?ve been taking advantage of by male managers over pricing tires, but he gave me the best price. I just had to find a way to get my new set of tires as it was important for me and the safety of my baby. I also had an alignment done to my car which was much needed Since I?ve drove over many curbs - now my car drives straight. The employees were so sweet and funny and Andre worked with me as I was on a tight budget, but got me top performance tires at a great price. Thank you so much for helping me. I only wish I had more brakes that needed to be repaired so I?d have another excuse to go back to this place. Not only was it an consistently positive and professional experience ? it was one of those rare moments when a simple car repair turns into a reminder that kindness still exists in the world. Not kidding. From every touch point with the employees I worked with - they all seemed to genuinely be leading with kindness. I came in as a complete stranger, concerned about the way something had been handled at another brake repair shop. The manager (Andre) listened patiently, took one look at the problem, and immediately said, ?We?re going to fix this ? and we're not going to charge you.? I was blown away. No attitude, no sales pitch ? just genuine integrity and generosity. He talked to me about where this kind of gesture comes from in him, and it was a definite learning moment for me, as I am also in sales. They didn?t just fix my brakes; they restored my faith in what customer service can be at a car place. I walked in expecting another transactional experience and walked out feeling like I?d made a friend in the business. If you?re looking for a place that does the job right and treats you like family, this is it. FYI - the original shop that did the brake job in questions, also part of this same company, were also great. What happened that lead to the need to re-do the work was understandable and I felt like they too stepped up to help rectify the issues.
