I came in for an alignment and had an appointment at 2pm. They got my vehicle in around 2:15pm and then they brought me my keys at 3:30pm and told me they can not do an alignment due to frame damage and that whoever did it before ripped me off and took my money. They were the same shop who did it back in 2019. The service writer was making a big deal about it saying that it's not doable and impossible to align as comparing my vehicle to a crooked door frame. I tried to explain that after the alignment in 2019 the vehicle doesn't pull or wear tires unevenly and that's all I need done again since I replaced several steering and suspension components. The service writer talked to the mechanic and they agreed to put my vehicle back on the alignment rack but I can tell that they don't want to perform the work. Come to find out they have 2 mechanics on the clock and they both are supposed to be getting off work at 3:30pm. I patiently waited and they were done with my vehicle at 5pm. I went over the alignment printout with the service writer and asked why he didn't adjust camber or caster and he said he'd ask the mechanic which he never did by acting busy with another customer. Once i got home I checked all 4 of the camber/caster adjusters on the upper control arms because I marked them with sharpie marker and i can see that none of them were physically touched/moved/adjusted. I paid for an alignment and only received a toe adjustment. So after the service writer decided to give me speech on how I got ripped off by THEM in past for getting an alignment done, decided to rip me off that day. Unacceptable. Came in for an oil change. Was promptly greeted and checked in. Took less than an hour to do and I was out the door.
