Needed a battery and the front end was making a road noise, I was informed by manager i needed new tires and a battery, he stated the tires were warped and that is cause of the road noise and new tires would solve the issue. New tires and batteries $1,200 I drove the car and the road noise was worst than before, called the store and asked if they test drove the car, he stated they are not allowed to for insurance reasons. And offered no other help in resolving the noise. I found out later from another repair shop my front right bearing hub was in need of replacing, and the brakes that were installed by your facility earlier in the year where cheap generic style and incorrectly installed and were also contributing to the noise and wore out my rotor prematurely. Very disappointed after 15 years of bringing all my family cars to this store that my issue was overlooked and purchased new tires based on the trust of the manager and mechanic. If you search my name and account you will find well over $15K of repairs and service over the years with at least 10 different family cars. Unfortunately this is the last time I will be visiting your franchise. there was many opportunities to check for bearing wear and it was never checked or recommended that I replace. The work and materials used was sub power based on another professional mechanic that resolved my issues that I went to you for originally. You lost a dedicated customer based on trust and safety that goes with being a reputable repair shop. Also your answering service appointment service lacks professionalism and the inability to clearly speak or articulate for this important first impression and appointment setting. Came in with a tire emergency Mike the manager was a great help. Helped us pick out 4 tires. We were out of there in about an hour and a half. Very smooth operation. We were very satisfied.
